The HAR.com app provides a convenient platform for both consumers and HAR members to search for homes for sale or lease across the state of Texas. Consumers can utilize the renowned HAR residential property search engine to find their ideal home, bookmark listings, and review their search history. On the other hand, members have access to up-to-date MLS information, including leads, listings, and their company's inventory.

<li>Connect with a REALTOR&reg; to gain access to exclusive Premium Content not publicly available on the HAR app.</li>

<li>Comprehensive listing details include price, room dimensions, interior and exterior features, open house schedules, and more.</li>
<li>Browse through an immersive photo gallery for each listing, with up to 50 photos available.</li>
<li>Enhanced mapping with Street View integration.</li>
<li>Bookmark favorite listings and easily share them with friends and family.</li>
<li>Save search criteria and receive notifications when matching homes are posted on HAR.com.</li>
<li>Instantly connect with any agent through the live chat feature.</li>
<li>Utilize the Nearby Agents feature to find agents with listings near a specific location or those who have conducted showings nearby.</li>
<li>Explore information for over 8 million properties in Texas, including those not currently listed for sale.</li>

Features for MLS Subscribers Only:

<li>HAR MLS subscribers can securely access the members-only area using their login credentials.</li>
<li>Members enjoy comprehensive listing information, including days on market, archive and agent full reports (listing price changes), and access to Tax Profile Reports.</li>
<li>Showing instructions are available, if applicable.</li>
<li>The new Instant CMA feature allows agents to create Comparative Market Analysis reports quickly and accurately.</li>
<li>Tax information, including property values and tax rates, is accessible.</li>
